COMPETITION LAW is the generic term for the law of unfair competition. Under German law, the field of unfair competition is based primarily in the Unfair Competition Act (UWG). Furthermore there are a number of other antitrust provisions in other legislation, eg the Trademark statute, Price Indication Regulations, or the drug advertising statute.
